Here are a list of creatures and characters currently living in Ooo. While some creatures and characters are native to this land, there are many which come from the many worlds our special guests also hail from!

A short description of all creatures will be provided, with wiki link or picture provided.

Main crew

Princess Bubblegum Ruler of the Candy Kingdom, Princess Bubblegum is a benevolent woman who cares for all her citizens. A lover of science, she recreated the bubble creator, using it to open a door between worlds. She takes responsibility for all newcomers, ensuring that they at least have all the provisions they need to live in the strange new world. Princess Bubblegum resides in the Castle of her kingdom, and frequently calls to heroes in need of help and services around the Land of Ooo.

Peppermint Butler Peppermint Butler's job is, more or less, to assist Princess Bubblegum in any and all matters of the kingdom. So, naturally, he takes occasional responsibility in the welfare of the newcomers. Peppermint Butler is carefree and even-tempered, and occasionally can be very childish. However, behind closed doors, he is highly versed in Dark Magic and much smarter than he might lead on.

Ice King Ice King is an lonely, angry, old man living in the peaks of the Ice Kingdom. He seeks the love an affection of Princess Bubblegum, or basically any princess in the entire land, which can cause problems. Ice King is angry and short tempered, though he's not considered a major threat by the Candy Kingdom.

The Newcomers A.K.A: Every character who has ever graced the Taken Characters (and isn't already from Ooo). The first newcomers to Ooo were brought by the bubble creator to attend Ooo's first intergalactic picnic and celebration. However, after the bubble creator goes missing, they became trapped in Ooo, unable to freely return home without the device. And still, for unknown reasons, newcomers are still arriving all the time...

By region

The Candy Kingdom

Candy People (x) The citizens of the Candy Kingdom, they come in all shapes an sizes. Well, and flavours, but please don't eat them.

Gumball Guardians (x) Sworn to protect the Candy Kingdom, several of these guys sit on the wall protecting the city. They activate whenever danger threatens the kingdom.

Banana Guards (x) Usually arriving in pairs, the Banana guard act as an unofficial police force in and around the Candy Kingdom.

The Ice Kingdom

Penguins (x) These guys are everywhere, and act as slaves to the Ice King. The most notable of them is Gunter.

Snow Men (x) Just like Frosty the snow man, except these guys are occasionally Ice King's incompetent warriors.

Snow Golem (x) Snow golem babble when communicating. They live in solitude mostly, avoiding trouble, but tough in a fight.

The Mountain Kingdom

Rock people Living, breathing rocks!! They live within the Rock Kingdom.

The Grassland

Goblins (x) Goblins reside in the Goblin Kingdom. Civil folk, but without a ruler they become...unruly. **Location not certain**

Mushroom People (x) Small, harmless folk that reside in Mushroom town.

Fuzzy Friends (x) Frequently getting into trouble, likely due to their size and how easy it is to pick on them.

Wolves (x) Usually in packs. Not very different than wolves you'd see in the everyday.

Spooky Forest

Hug Wolves (x) Much like werewolves, hugwolves appear only during the time of the full moon, going around and hugging the crap out of everyone. The only cure for such an affliction is to hug it out with the alpha hug wolf.

Haunted Swamp

Mudscamps (x) These fish-like people reside in the swamps in the small village of South Woobeewoo. They are shy and awkward.

The Fire Kingdom

Fire Wolves (x) Usually travel in packs, they light up in flames intermittently. Aggressive, but not always.

Underground

Gnomes (x) Jerks, for the most part, and do things like kidnap, trick, harm, and enjoyed things that are "sexy fun."

Hyooman Tribe (x) "Fish people." They live in the sewers of Ooo, and are out of touch with the advancement of society above. They love candy, and are easily frightened by new things.

Throughout Ooo

Balloons (x) Typically seen at parties, and many of them can be gathered for flying.

Dragons (x) Fire-breathers that just like to ravage and eat people. Typical of the flying jerks.

The Magic Man (x) A huge buttwipe, Magic Man often tricks people simply for the fun of it. His magic is limitless, and he uses it for nothing but trouble.

Worms (x) When spotted, they make a siren-like sound, and can hypnotize people into hugging them.
